Cons

• No neck support- the pillows do not have neck support hence sleeping with the head tilted. The design does not offer neck support leading to neck aches plus headaches
• Under-filled- the pillows are soft but too thin and soft and even when pressed on both sides fingers can reach each other
• Odour- the pillows have a faint hydrogen peroxide odour hence can affect those sensitive of smell

Reviews

More than 1000 Amazon reviews rate the pillows at 3.6 stars out of 5.  Most reviewers have commended the pillows for being soft and comfortable but the same number indicate that the pillows turn lumpy and even flatten out too fast hence not worth the value it comes with.
