The Tuft and Needle mattress is comprised of just two layers. Those two layers are made of 3 inches of poly foam and 7 inches of support foam, which makes for a mattress that is a total of 10 inches thick. Though it is very simple in design, because the Tuft and Needle mattress is made of such high-quality materials, it does offer an exceptional amount of comfort and support.

On the top of the Tuft and Needle mattress is a three-inch layer of polyfoam. This highly durable foam is 2.9 pounds per cubic feet, and it provides an exceptional amount of comfort and support. The Bottom Layer

Heat retention is another huge factor that impacts the overall comfort that a mattress provides. The more heat that a mattress retains, the hotter it will be; therefore, the more uncomfortable the mattress will be while you are sleeping on it. The top layer of the Tuft and Needle mattress is designed to pull heat away from the mattress and distribute it throughout the second layer. The cover also helps to make the mattress more breathable, which allows for less heat retention.

Off Gassing
